We are very excited to be able to offer the Mindfulness for Life 6 week group program at the practice again this year!
When life gets busy, its easy to become worried about almost everything and yet feel like its all too much to cope with.
Mindfulness is a way to stop and pay attention to what is happening in your life and over time make conscious choices about what really matters and what is simply a distraction.
The Mindfulness for Life program consists of 6 one and a half hour weekly sessions at Wattletree Psychology, Suite 4/307 Wattletree Rd, East Malvern.
Research has shown that programs like this can help you to manage stress, work with difficult thoughts and feelings and enhance concentration, relationships and wellbeing.

Jenny is a Counselling Psychologist and a Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction and Mindfulness-Based-Cognitive Therapy teacher who has authored and delivered group mindfulness programs for the past 15 years in educational, organizational and private practice settings. Jenny uses mindfulness meditation in her 1 on 1 counselling work with clients and has had a daily meditation practice for 30 years.
