In counselling, James supports adolescents and adults with emotional awareness and regulation, stress management, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and life transitions. He tailors therapy to the individual needs of each client, utilising evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and Internal Family Systems.
